Order not shipped

Customer support experience did not meet my expectations! I ordered a new phone on the 26 with next day shipping and my order has still not shipped! I talked to multiple agents to no avail!! I need my phone since my old one is broken. Verizon can't cancel my order and can't tell me why it's delayed or when it would be shipped! They've already took the money and I'M just stuck right now and extremely frustrated

I have the same issue.  Spent $300 and chose 2 day shipping. They took my money and it still hasn't even shipped 4 days later. Tried calling and just end up in hold for hours. I want a refund at this point.

Having delays is definitely a bummer, and I'm sorry the order hasn't shipped. If you paid for a specific shipping, that's something we can take a look at along with the order. I'm going to send a Private Message so I can help out.

I am also having same problem.. Worst experiance ... I placed order for over night shipping .. order not yet received 

no repsonse on the call

I'm in the same boat. Ordered Sept. 24, was told it'd arrive on Oct. 1, and now it's Oct. 7 and I have nothing. No updates or anything either, which is really driving me crazy.

You also? Currently on order # 2 because the first one after a week and a half didn't move. My second order was placed over the phone after an hour long conversation where Verizon covered 2 day shipping costs. 5 days later I STILL don't have a phone. As I am typing this i'm in chat (for the last hour) with the 6th agent who's telling me they'll need to reprocess the order AGAIN. I am beyond fed up. This is ridiculous.

I am having the same problem!!! I was trying to switch to Verizon and bring 5 lines with me!! I ordered on the 9th said it’s ship the 10th and I should have had it that following Monday here we are going on Thursday nothing showing NO movement I’ve called MANY TIMES no one can seem to help me all I got was a ticket number and one lady just flat hung up on me!!! I stayed on hold for 15 minutes once to be disconnected called back was on hold for another 30 minutes to be disconnected and my kids other phones are about to be shut off bc we were supposed to have our phones already but they sure got their money already! I’m seriously about to cancel everything get a refund and never look at Verizon again. Ridiculous .
