I put in an upgrade for my phone on March 6 (upgradig from Pixel 4a to 7). The order flipped to "backordered" overnight and no one is able to cancel it or clear it from my account. I've spent 8 hours on the phone with support and no one can help me. The agents cancel the order but it still appears on my account, and I cannot do anything until the stuck transaction is cleared. I was escalated to Tier 3 technical support but they never called me back though I requested a call back. In fact, I've never actually been called back by support when they say they will. So I have no new phone and no way of moving forward... My phone is held hostage from any transactions while this glitch is stuck on my account. Has anyone had this happen for please tell me someone has the magic words or number to call and get actual help with support.
