Ordered a phone and hasn't shipped after 15 days

Where can I file a complaint? Been a customer for 20+ years, ordered a phone 15 days ago..still hasn't shipped. Spoke through chat to many reps Hayes, Rachel, Shinet just to name a few and they come on and ask a question and just don't come back after wasting your time sitting there waiting for them to respond. Escalated to a supervisor Sam, said she would have it shipped within 48 hours, assured me it was taken care of, but it was not. Chatted with Christine today she was actually helpful tried canceling the order and reorder the phone and it wouldn't let her cancel it. Never have I had so much trouble ordering a phone??? And now no one is taking ownership...can't file a complaint and the thousands of dollars I have paid this company this is absolutely ridiculous!!

15 dayโ€™s? lol I ordered a iphone September 21st and still hasnโ€™t shipped. I donโ€™t know what to think. Iโ€™m following because Iโ€™d like to know how to file a complaint also! Thanks and sorry I donโ€™t have any information to give you.

I am having a similar issue with an order not shipped and Verizon seeming to be unable to refund my payment, which was already charged to my debit card.  Ordered 2 phone cases on Oct. 17.  Received a confirmation and receipt for the order.  Never received a tracking number.  When I called to check on the order, I was told it had not shipped.  I was given another phone number to call for internal sales to check on the issue, but they were closed at the time.   Several days later, I called again - this time I was told that they could not ship the order.  The customer service representative said she would create a ticket to cancel the order and refund the charge.  I never received confirmation of the cancellation or refund.  She had said it would take 5-7 days.  After that time period, I called again and learned that the request for refund had been declined because it was for accessories.  I reiterated that I had placed an order that was never shipped - so how could they decline refunding me when they couldn't ship it to me?  They took my money, never shipped the order and refuse to refund me.  Each time they say they are "escalating" the issue to higher ups - but nothing happens.  It can't be that difficult to address a customer service request to refund on order that they never shipped.  I think all these cases need to be reported to the FTC.  I am now waiting for a "higher up" to call me to explain the problem to me.  If anyone knows where else to file a complaint, please respond.

I ordered a phone upgrade on Nov. 5th and I still have not received it or received updates on the order. My iphone broke on the 4th and has not worked. I even had to pay off my broken phone just to get a new one. Been without a phone for 10 days now. I've been in contact with agents daily and all I get is a ticket number or reassurance my phone will ship within 24-48 hours and it hasn't yet. I've tried to cancel it but since the order is still processing nobody seems to be able to do that.  Really hope Verizon could be faster. At this point I just want to pick up a phone in store just to get it but I still can't get a refund for my current order to do that. Feels like I'm stuck.
