I have been with Verizon for probably eight years now or more and I must say they are currently one of the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered a phone last week I’ve added my new address for it to get delivered to somehow it reverted back to my old address. I’ve spoken to two representative (on phone ) while the representative was in India another time through the chat and both time I’ve spent 40 minutes of my life and none of the stuff the representative told me they took care got taken care of! to even be able to speak to someone at Verizon is like Trying to get to Mars. The first representative in India told me that she canceled the order. I asked her if I would receive a confirmation confirmation email saying it was canceled and she told me yes no such thing ever happened! The second one told me they had changed the shipping address for delivery that was also a lie. It got delivered to my old address and the person that now live at that address told me they did not get any delivery even though I have a picture of the box on their floor mat from FedEx. Trying to get someone on the Verizon side to handle is pointless. II do not get how they have no one in the US working on the phone anymore except in the sales department!!
What a horrible company!!!
