I have been a Verizon customer for over 21 years I ordered a phone in mid September. The phone was supposed to ship on October 11th . I have called several times and each time I get told it is shipping and I will receive my phone in a few days. On the app ithr ship date does not change from October 11 th either . I still have not received the phone and it has not shipped. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I am usually very patient however do not understand why customer service keeps telling me it is shipping and it NEVER does . I am considering switching carriers at this point !
