This makes the 3rd time I have ordered phones and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a problem. This time, I ordered two phones that were supposed to be delivered NEXT DAY and paid the extra for next day delivery. One of the phones arrived next day, the other phone didn't arrive the next day, or the day after that, and I still don't have it. Verizon has been absolutely NO help. It turns out that one came from Philidephia, the other from Dallas, one they shipped next day, the other they shipped second day. Now I have sat around the house for two entire days and am going to have to sit here for another entire day. You would think that a company as big as Verizon could figure it out.
