This past week, I spent several hours trying to become a new member and also placing a bundle of an Iphone, Ipad & Watch. I live in a rural community that does not have home delivery by USPS. We have to rent a post office box to get mail. I have had the same PO box address for 40 years. For Fedex & UPS, I have used my physical house address for 29 years. I had to go through a grueling process of placing a new order three times because Verizon wouldn't ship the order to either my PO box address or physical address. The customer service people were great to deal with & each time, they thought they had solved the shipping problem. Then the last order was again held up & when I tried again to reorder, I was accused of FRAUD. No one will explain what has happened. I have an 800 credit rating, a spotless reputation, I'm a retired farmer with long ties to my community. This is just ridiculous.
