Hello! I preordered the new iPhones on the 1st day of preorders for the #iPhone16Pro##iPhone16ProMax last Friday, September 13th. I am porting 3 numbers from T-Mobile. I received an order number and location code, then 3 emails to transfer my numbers to Verizon @verizonwireless
. All of which has been completed. When I check my order status, I get this message: "We do not have a record of order number *****. Please verify the order number and try again. For additional assistance, please Contact us." I had a chat with a Verizon representative, and she said everything with my order looked great; I believe that chat was earlier this week- I'd have to check. Today I've checked several times, and I still come up with the same message about my order. Can someone give me a definitive answer? I also ordered a handheld Razer 5G for my son. It was his birthday yesterday and we're having a party for him on Saturday. I just want to make sure I have something to give him for his b-day party.
