Pre-Ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro - Order Status shows No Order

Hello! I preordered the new iPhones on the 1st day of preorders for the #iPhone16Pro##iPhone16ProMax last Friday, September 13th. I am porting 3 numbers from T-Mobile. I received an order number and location code, then 3 emails to transfer my numbers to Verizon @verizonwireless. All of which has been completed. When I check my order status, I get this message: "We do not have a record of order number *****. Please verify the order number and try again. For additional assistance, please Contact us." I had a chat with a Verizon representative, and she said everything with my order looked great; I believe that chat was earlier this week- I'd have to check. Today I've checked several times, and I still come up with the same message about my order. Can someone give me a definitive answer? I also ordered a handheld Razer 5G for my son. It was his birthday yesterday and we're having a party for him on Saturday. I just want to make sure I have something to give him for his b-day party.

Verizon is garbage They can’t even handle pre orders for phones placed and order on the 16th and still says processing they cater to new customers only existing are basically pushed to the back of the bus as soon as another carrier has a better promo I will switch carriers Verizon has become a at best par wireless carrier they used to be good but not anymore

My order states this as well. When I log into the account, the order says "Delivery date will be updated soon".

I have not received any update on my order yet. I believe the rep said that they would be delivered (or maybe shipped) 10/04

I ordered a iPhone 16 I got a confirmation code and order number and so on I specifically bought it on this account but for some reason there is nothing popping up on my account I have my receipts and everything too and I can check my order status through the order status form but I can’t on my account and when I try to link the order to this account it pops up as already registered which has me confused and also the delivery date I requested was Monday October 21st but the order date is telling me I have to wait till November 1st till my order ships I seriously need some serious clarification.

I noticed this issue because I too came from T-Moble, with major problems. I wanted to keep my number - Ive had it for ever, and its a cool number, but after a month of failed porting attempts, I gave up and agreed to the number Verizon gave me. Now, Ive been charged for 2 lines, my first bill is $140 more than it should be, but I cannot log in anywhere to pay it. I cant even chat with CS, because the phone number associated with my account was removed.  I was blaming T-Moble for not giving me my number, but now have to wonder.
