Ordered a phone in July. Paid in full $1200. They tell me the payment didn’t go through even though it was taken out of my account. Was told to cancel the order to receive a refund. Did that and it never came. Been over a month dealing with this. Still no refund and no phone. We’ll definitely be looking for a new carrier.
