Hello, has anyone found a way to file a complaint against Verizon? My phone was stolen from the package before it was delivered (either by someone within Verizon or someone in UPS) and instead of helping, Verizon just keeps opening different tickets. I’m on ticket four and have spent multiple hours on multiple days over the past few weeks on phone calls, chats, and messaging but still have no resolution and no insight on when a phone will be coming. I have even tried asking them to just cancel the order and trade in but they said they can’t even do that. I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of help I am getting.
