I've been trying to get a return label for devices I received 12/4/2024 contacted customer service to get a return label on 12/6/2024 and was told a return kit was been sent to my house but have not received anything, I have contacted customer service several times and always get the same answer that a new kit will be sent but it seems like they don't send anything because I never receive anything, they even sent me to the store a few times but at the store they refused to receive the devices because it was ordered online and not through a store, now is Jan 15,2025 and I still could not return any device because no labels are sent to me, but instead now I have a bill of $544 for something I haven't use and been trying to send back to warehouse, I don't know what else I can do to return the devices as I'm not planning to keep them or pay for a service I'm not even using, Verizon is a complete disaster
