Ordered a Samsung online bundle on Verizon on 3/5/25. I was informed it would be delivered by 8pm 3/7/25. After receiving no tracking information I called again only to be transferred through several different people with no resolution besides wait or cancel. I asked if I could just get one from the store tonight when I get off work. I was informed NO. I asked for a complaint department and was told they are the complaint department. This is bogus I am thinking about going to TMOBILE apparently Verizon doesn't need my chump change. I know this complaint ain't going anywhere. Reddit and social media will be next to get the information along with transcript of my conversation with the agent.
