So many errors on buying the IPhone 16 Pro Max

I tried to buy the IPhone 16 Pro Max with a verizon agent through chat support, I give him all the information and he makes me pay almost 100 dollars, to get the new line and everything needed for the cell phone and it turns out that in the receipt they put the unit but with UPS they do not, then I have to wait again because of a mistake of theirs, which I noticed and when I call they tell me that no, that it is correct and even called several times and they only made me call back and forth with UPS.
