Stuck in Limbo

I upgraded two phones on May 15th through the website. I chose the option to pick up at the store. When I got to the super, they didn’t see the order. I’ve had a pending order on my account for a month and a half now and Verizon can’t seem to figure out how to get it fixed. I’ve spent hours in the store, made several phone calls, and had multiple chats with no resolution. I’m beyond frustrated because I can’t do anything with my account until this is fixed. I don’t understand how a company as large as Verizon can’t fix an issue like this.
