I pre-ordered a Pixel 10 Pro, and Verizon apparently doesn't let UPS drop off a package without a signature. On top of that, they also won't allow phones to be left at UPS Access Points. So, unless you're a stay at home parent, you seemingly can't receive phone shipments. After an initial delivery attempt last week, my package has just been bouncing around the Anaheim distribution center with no apparent plans to attempt a second delivery. So far, UPS has been completely unhelpful in the matter. I have been a Verizon customer for fifteen years, and honestly I would consider looking for a new carrier after this ordeal. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice?

I'm surprised that the UPS distribution center won't try to redeliver the package, or that you can't go to the facility and pick it up. Wondering if the package has been returned to Verizon and is not actually still at the UPS distribution facility. Have you tried the "change a delivery" feature at the UPS website?

Many shipping services have an option for you to get text alerts when a package is in "out for delivery" status so you can make arrangements to be at home. Someone else said you can sign in advance for the package and then UPS will leave it, but you'd better have some good home security around your house if you want a good phone to simply be left at your doorstep.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
