I purchased an iPhone 15 pro max color blue August 6th, 2024 at 8am. It’s now the 7th and I still don’t have my device. It was literally supposed to be to be picked up at the store. The money has been taken out of my account so I m very frustrated that I am out money and have to wait for my cellphone. What is the point of having the connivence of an app when it’s better to go in store for everything? I feel as though I should be accommodated because it stated only a 2 hour process time. This is ridiculous.
