I ordered a phone on line from Verizon and choose the 2 day delivery option  and when I go to track my order it doesn't show any updates on my order it doesn't say if it was shipped or anything it just keeps saying ordered i placed my order on the 1st of December and chatting with customer service is not getting me anywhere at all. All the keep saying is to activate the line so that my order can be processed faster and that doesn't make any sense to me being that I don't have the phone in my possession and when I ask questions I'm not getting any feasible answers this is not how are company is supposed to do business
