I placed an order to switch to Verizon from AT&T on September 21st. I purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and an Apple Watch Ultra S2. I paid $173 up front, and I was told that my order would arrive with a target delivery date of October 18th. I patiently waited, but as the date crept closer I was surprised that I had not yet received any more updates about the order. I decided to reach out on October 18th after still not receiving any of the products or an update as to the delivery date. Verizon said they would look into the issue and get back to me. Of course they didn't reach back out, but I checked in again on October 22nd. I was then told my ticket was resolved and they canceled my order and that I would need to place the order again!! Are you serious??!! This is a terrible breakdown in your process! Help!!

Did you get the $173 refunded? If not, that's a separate problem and you should either dispute the charges, or lean on Verizon to refund you. I've heard of numerous instances in which an order gets mysteriously cancelled. Not sure if it's because the system cannot properly verify your identity, or if it's because inventory is out of stock.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
