Unable to upgrade or add a new line due to Feature Validation Error at Protection Plan Option

I spent 4 hours yesterday and 2 hours this morning trying to resolve an issue with my account. My account is paid up to date. I paid the device off and wanted to upgrade a line. Due to a Feature Validation error no one in Verizon from customer service, tech support, interal verizon rep helpdesk can resolve this issue so the line can be upgrade or a new line added to my account. We have multiple lines and it impact every single line on my account but other customer around me had no issues. I was told it was an isolated issue. A ticket has been placed but they have no idea when it will be resolved. So all I can do is give Verizon money but I cannot upgrade or do anything on my account. As a loyal Verizon customer for 12 years never switching to other carriers I feel taken advantage of and NO ONE in verizon will help or figure out a solution. I cannot even add my own paid off device! Please help someone!!
