Unsuccessful cancelation of order

Ordered S24ultra online.
Agent added a line instead of upgrading a line. 2 hours later, not even a confirmation email, I attempt to cancel order as I found order information in my verizon account page and see incorrect order. Agent says she contacted wharhouse. After 24 hours and multiple agents, order is still shipped. Constantly told not to close the chat app, yet it is constantly closed by the agents themselves.
What can I do?
Do I just refuse order from fedex or bring to a verizon store as I am not having any progress with online agents. I dont want the $50 restock fee and would have just have redone the order but not getting any help. Been with Verizon for over 13 years but it feels like it doesnt matter for getting help.
