Upgrade breach of contract

I signed an agreement to upgrade from an iPhone 13 Pro to an iPhone 15 Pro. I have a receipt showing that the upgrade was agreed to using my current unlimited welcome plan. The day after I ordered, I received several emails and notifications saying that I needed to sign the agreements, even though the receipt shows that I signed them digitally. Verizon cancelled my order, and is now refusing to honor the upgrade unless I switch to the more expensive unlimited ultimate plan. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the Florida Attorney Generalโs office. Itโs sad that they treat long time customers like this.
