I have spent in total now over 12.5 hours calling in to order new phones. How hard should it be? I was offered upgrades on all 3 paid off phones on my family plan. I spent several hours going over the deal with a sales person, got the phones ordered, and paid for all the fees and remaining balances. 2 phones were on back order. I have had to call in several times to find out where these phones are, getting different answers each time. I ordered on Sept 24. Received 1 phone, and was charged $234, showing in my bank account. Called on Oct 2nd, they said the other two will be shipped next week. Then yesterday, I get an email saying I have to update my payment info, and they want to charge me the full ammount again. I tell them I already paid for one, they say you pay again and we'll try to refund you. NO! So now they want to cancel the order, and re-do it, putting me in the back of the que to get the phones I orderd 2 weeks ago! I have been on the phone for 2 more hours this am. They can't simply honor a sale they made. I am absolutely done with Verizon...
