I placed an order with the Verizon online chat service to order 4 new iphone 16 devices which were shipped through UPS. Even though I asked for in-store pickup, the agent gave me shipping as the only option. The box was delivered after 4 days with empty iphone boxes all opened and no devices. Now i am stuck between Verizon and UPS not taking ownership. I have seen multiple cases like this on this forum of stolen devices and customer being put through the pain. I am now paying for Verizon service for 4 lines with the missing devices and i continue to pay for my previous mobile plan from another provider. This experience cannot get worse. Can some one please help?
