Verizon gave UPS the wrong shipping address

On 1/4/25 I upgraded my phone and my plan with Verizon, online. As part of the process my shipping address was given to them and this was correctly noted on my Verizon receipt. After waiting 4 or 5 days, no phone, I checked myverizon.com  and found that Verizon did not ship to the address that appears on my receipt but instead shipped to my billing address, a PO box. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes and returned the phone to Verizon. After 4 lengthy chats (some over 1 hour) and 1 lengthy phone call I am at a place where the Verizon chat rep insists I need to contact UPS to correct the wrong shipping address given to them by Verizon. Of course, the phone has already been returned so this is not an option. I insisted nicely that Verizon should fix the problem and ship my phone under the terms and conditions we agreed to  and the Verizon chat rep says the order will be cancelled when they process the return and I can order a new one. The deal I ordered my new phone under ended on 1/8. Cannot get the chat rep to see that it is Verizon's error and they should work with me so I get the phone as ordered. Frustrated! Any ideas on how to contact someone at Verizon who can help. PS The only communication ever received from Verizon was on 1/14 telling me only 20 days left to get my trade in to them.
