Version canceled my order because they could not verify my identity with the information. What can I do. Can I retry to order? Will they give me a refund? Will I have to re-register?

I'd check your account to see if the order was refunded and/or lookup your bank account to see if a credit was issued before trying to redo the order. As for the mysterious order cancellation, I don't know why the system wasn't able to verify you. But if you are using a VPN, private browsing mode, or have enhanced security features enabled in your browser, apps, whatever, turn those off before trying to put in a new order.
