Seriously, it is almost 2025, you'd think Verizon would have the ability to ship a phone to an apartment by now.
Back in August I signed up and paid for Verizon service through a corporate rate my employer has. It is now November and I still haven't received my phone since it got sent back by UPS due to the apartment address not being on the package since Verizon's shipping software doesn't recognize second lines in addresses, but Verizon and Apex Wireless that manages the account seems to be able to find my apartment address just fine to bill me for a service I don't even have in hand to use. What do I have to do to get the phone I'm paying for since there has been no movement on it? Start calling my state telco regulators or one of my congress representatives who is on the Committee on Energy and Commerce?
