Why haven't verizon support aked the employee that sent me a shipping label where he shipped the package to

I have been trying to get the verizon support to help me with a missing package since August 2024 .A verizon manager sent me the shipping label to place on a package to return it to them ,which was a package thay told me they sent by mistake by the way. they tell me that they didn't get it from UPS even though I have a delivery confirmation from UPS
