don"t like phone

i just moved to verizon. so I got a phone "S-25". they said I could try it and see if I like it or not.  I don't like it. my  question is how long do I have to try it?

Great question, and where as we wish you were enjoying the new phone more, we understand. We do have a 30 day worry free gaurantee in which you can exchange or return the equipment. Hi, sorry to hear the S25 isn't for you.  If it's been less than 30 days, you can return the phone, but there's a $50 restocking fee.  See the link below for more details:
