Is there anyone that has tracking info for an estimated delivery date of September 20, 2024? I have a phone and watch on a single order with those delivery dates, but no tracking info and order only shows placed.
Same. Preordered on the 13th, has an arrival date of the 20th and have no updates no nothing.
My girlfriends’ phone arrived today at 12:30 EDT with no email with tracking info or update showing “shipped” or tracking info on the Verizon app.
Same here, incredibly disappointed. Preordered 9/13 with an estimated delivery of 9/20. Nothing has been updated since 9/13 and I have no tracking number. I’m about to just cancel the order and buy it directly through Apple. Joke’s on me for thinking it would be easier going through Verizon
It could be longer through Apple. The web site order confirmation page seems like it is a static page in that the order process never updates.

When did you guys order? I still have not received any updates or tracking info. Nothing. It says supposed to ship 9/17
Preordered on the 13th, still says it’s getting delivered on the 20th. Have talked to multiple agents who have no idea why it hasn’t shipped or updated. This is so frustrating and disappointing, I preordered for a reason and now have no clue when my phone is coming.
I have the same issue. Preordered on 9/17 so I can receive my phone by 9/20 for a birthday gift. UPS hasn’t received the package yet, no tracking information provided or when the phone will arrive.
I ordered 9/13 around 10:00am EDT. Still showing a 9/20 delivery date. Verizon chat is useless. Live chat with a CSR is useless.
depending on the model/color/storage, your phone may have a longer delay due to popularity. White & Black seem to be the two big sellers. 16 pro 128gb black ordered 9/13 in the morning is delayed for me by a few days (or so they claim…). We shall see see…

VZ really seemed to have screwed this one up. Someone said all Preorders with them are like this, but I would not have known that as this was my first preorder of a phone. I will not be doing this with my next phone with them. You can't even plan to be home to receive the phone.
I am the Original Poster of this thread and I have spent HOURS with chat-bots on Verizon chat. I would appreciate the service that you have afforded to a commenter of my post.
I too have not been able to get any information.
I preordered on the 15th, was told I would have them by the 20th and still nothing. Im now traveling for the next 10 days and hoping my phone is here by the time I get back.
Same, I trade in my old iPhone on15th and didn’t get any tracking info for my update 16, not a email nothing now I have to see if I need to call Verizon to get more info about my 16
I’m having the same issue. I ordered mine on the 13 and I’ve called multiple times and no one can figure out what to do.
Update: 10/3/2024 at 7:45 AM EDT.
As of this date and time, I still have not received my iPhone 16 PRO (128gb, Black) or my Watch 10 (Ti, Black, Loop) that were ordered on the same order as an upgrade to existing items. My Verizon still shows my order has been confirmed and the estimated delivery date is still shown as September 20. The results to almost daily interaction with Verizon Chat Live Agents are as follows:
Repeated apologies
Promise of order fulfillment soon
promise of order delivery on September 25th before 4:00 PM EDT (weirdly specific)
Promise of updated information on September 27th (it wasn’t)
Promise of updated shipping information “because the shipping payment has been processed”
Not one time has Verizon been able to explain why the delivery date has not changed, what an estimated delivery date is, or why the orders submitted on September 13th did not reflect a reasonable delivery date. It is my understanding that orders placed after that date have a reasonably reliable delivery date .
Did you ever get your order? I am still waiting. No updates worthy of saying they are informative…
Peter were all having the same problem. Am I gonna get my phone today as it says expected or do I take my business elsewhere ?
Did you receive your phone yet? I have the exact same experience with them promising dates that come and go with nothing. Ordered 9/13 with delivery for 10/4 and still nothing on 11/5. Terrible experience with their customer service team. This will be the last time I pre order through Verizon.
I placed my order 11/25 and set to ship 11/26 and deliver 11/27. Order hasn’t ship till now and the rep keep saying the order is fine and just delay in shipping and don’t know what the delay is and no definite dey of shipping. This is really bad as it keep affecting people’s plan and businesses. they need to fix this
Ordered on the 14th. Order mess up but finally went through on the 16th. Ship was supposed to be 19th and no update. Chatted agent. No info on order. I could cancel and order again but that's a mess
