iPhone order delayed, can't get information on shipping

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro on July 18 via the website; at the time I was given an estimated delivery date of July 28. It's now July 30 and the item has not been shipped. I am unable to get further information from the unhelpful AI support. I'd be willing to pick up a phone in a Verizon store, if that is an option, but it's impossible to call Verizon and talk to a human who might be able to give information about that. I would like to know when to expect this order, because I have out-of-state travel planned next week.

My notes have a contact number for Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390. Hopefully your order wasn't flagged as fraudulent for some reason, as that has been the most commonly reported problem. If you are using live chat, type "live agent" to get past the AI bot.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thanks for this information; I called the number and spoke with a human who helped solve my problem. There was an unknown issue processing the order on their end, so we had to cancel everything and redo the order.
