I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro on July 18 via the website; at the time I was given an estimated delivery date of July 28. It's now July 30 and the item has not been shipped. I am unable to get further information from the unhelpful AI support. I'd be willing to pick up a phone in a Verizon store, if that is an option, but it's impossible to call Verizon and talk to a human who might be able to give information about that. I would like to know when to expect this order, because I have out-of-state travel planned next week.
