$200 Verizon Gift Card

Hi, 

I switched from AT&T to Verizon last week and was offered a $200 Verizon Gift Card as well as an option to bundle my Fios and Mobile to save $10.  I can't seem how to claim this on-line for either.

When I went to the chat, I was offered other deals (switching my Fios, etc) and then would be transferred from agent to agent.  Then after the last transfer no one would respond.

I am only a week in and already regretting my switch.  Please help.

For your $200 gift card, if you are within the app and go to My Notifications > in App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates , do you see the rebate listed there?

Great question MattRSiegel! When logged in to My Verizon you will see notifications from the menu as well as when first signed in. Tell us what you see when you log in.
