I signed up to recieve the $200 visa gift card when I open a new account per line. 2 lines now. Now promotion. Sad to say that it seems normal just to get your business. The day I ordered they told me my son could pick up the devices in store now. Like that day. He went up there for 5.5-6 jours,missed work because they had me on the phone the whole time verifying & confirming & still nada that day. The next morning I got an email that said that phone is ready for pick up. My son goes up there. Same thing. No phone. The lady tells him to give her $150 right then & there & he can have his phone. This time only 3 hours,still no phone. They canceled. Opened a new account. Charged me again for the phone. No refund still 2 months later & still see the canceled line on my bill with current charges but they keep telling me. NO. It's canceled & I ask well what are these charges 2 months later. It was canceled less than 24 hours after the initial opening.
Well,still no emails & no promo visa cards they promised me. Like everyone else I've spent days & hours upon days & hours on the line with them. NADA. Nothing still but the CONSISTANT RUNAROUND AWITH NO REAL OR ANY ANSWERS WHATSOEVER. SEEMS NORMAL WITH VERIZON I GURSS. WISh I would seen ALL these same complaints before opening & switching over.
