I was offered a $400 gift card for signing up for Verizon internet. That was MONTHS ago..I've been actively trying to get my promo promised to me. I started documenting and taking pictures of conversations with Verizon CSRs , because you can't screen shot the conversation. I've spent so much time and told no worries give it 5 -7 days you'll get a text and email to get the $400 gift card. Well, that was of course untrue. . I'm so tired of swimming in a circle not getting anywhere. I did report the issue to FTC today. I can't trust anything they say. I will be switching my personal and business services. Truly sad!
