AI When Call Customer Service

Dear Verizon, The reason I have been with you for 22 years because of your customer service. Today I called in for help and I got an AI automated service. Verizon, this is a failed experiment. This is the antithesis of the amazing customer service for which I stay. The AI automated service was trash. It did not understand me. I was saying the common things, and it was not registering. It just created massive frustration on my end. When I was finally able to get to your people, of course it was amazing. Ditch the AI and go back to your people. I pay for the amazing customer service not the frustration of AI. If you want to keep me as a customer and maintain the excellent customer service you, need to rely on your people as they are the heart of Verizon. Your money saving shortcut is a failure get rid of it. Thank you
