I get an email saying my services been suspended on my cell phone see I was in the hospital recovering from a stroke and I transferred my funds to a family member to pay my bills and completely forgot about my cell phone bill being on auto pay . They tried taking the money out there wasn't no money in there and they suspended my service I contacted them paid them immediately let them know what happened that it wasn't that I was short on money it was just a different situation. then all of a sudden I get my next bill and it's higher than normal so I looked and my discount for auto pay wasn't on there and I try setting it up and it says the only way I can set it up is to get a Verizon Visa card,  I don't know how that is any different from my Visa card but whatever, I applied, got denied because my 7:35 credit score wasn't good enough and my credit history wasn't good enough but I have financed and paid off five $1,000 plus phones through Verizon you would think that would be suffice to give me a Visa card but hey who am I to decide that. So I called Verizon to see if we could rectify this problem, the first 1 hr & 15 minute call I got transferred to 4 people each 1 I had to repeat the same thing over and over again. I was told only the billing department could fix this then while waiting on hold they dropped my call, so I called back repeated the  stuff  over and over and over again and now the 1st person I talk to is swearing she can fix the problem and I'm telling her that SHE CAN NOT FIX THE PROBLEM and please don't waste anymore of my time that my call already got dropped once and now it's 20 minutes into this call and I know I'm getting transferred so please just transfer me to the billing department and she refused so I asked to speak with her manager 17 times B4 she reluctantly said ok. Now I'm on hold again and 13 minutes later a woman says hello and it sounds exactly like the one who was just on the phone. I ask her if she's a supervisor and she says no and asks my name and at this point I had enough so I was so frustrated and already wasted almost 2 hrs at this point(and got no where) that I just hung up. I know I probably should have just stuck it out  but my sanity is more important and yeah I might have saved $20 on the last bill but I also might have snapped on someone close to me because I was mad and not at them. So 2 days later I see the auto pay is working BUT NO DISCOUNT ,WOW. the payment goes through and I get an email saying as long as auto pay works on the next bill then my discount will come back lmbo see when I called the first time and was transferred to billing I was told that the auto pay would get put back on and my discount would come back right then and there , now I'm being told it's going to take  2 continuous payments because the 60 payments in a row I made before that didn't matter. Loyalty doesn't matter, being a good customer doesn't matter, well I'm going to find a carrier that cherishes those things and I'm pretty sure I can find one I never got my home internet problem fixed, the app says it's offline and I'm using it now and I'm definitely paying for it. I didn't want to switch from Verizon but I'm just tired of the horrible customer service and it's every time I call, the funniest thing about all this is when I go on to my Verizon app it says thank you for being a 6-year loyal customer SMH ๐Ÿ–•โœŒ๏ธ I'M going to contact AT&T, T-Mobile, and Spectrum tomorrow and see which carrier will offer the best incentive to switch carriers. #verizoncustomerservice
