I am currently paying for a hacker on my account who decided to purchase an iPhone 16 and add service lol!!? And my phone was shut off because I wasn't going to pay their bill. However, I still paid them, just so my children could talk to me on the phone. I HAVE FOUND HOWEVER THEY DO SEE THESE COMMENTS, BUT THEY WON'T RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGE. I SEND THEM

Sorry to hear your Verizon account was compromised. Have you filed a fraud claim with this link:

I would change all your passwords and enable 2FA on everything. And check your credit reports for any suspicious activity. If the hackers have gotten into anything else, you're going to have to consult with an outside agency handling recovery from identity theft. It's a very complex process.
