Account offer, Soundbar

Hello,

I signed up for Fios right at the end of the soundbar offer. The internet wasn't installed until after the offer ended when I called and spoke to a manager who assured me I could claim it in 3 months as she credited the promo to my account. Its a little over three months later, and I still can't claim the soundbar, or Chromebook for that matter, that was the next offer. The promo was for signing up for the 1gb home internet, which I did, and I have paid my bill every month since. Is this a bait and switch? Because I have kept my end of the deal, it's time for the other end to be kept.
