Account suspended

I got random msg today from Verizon and they said they need my information to verify. I gave them my SSN , address etc everything and after 5 mins they suspended my and my wife line when I try to call them they can't just help me!! They says they can't verify I am the actual person

Im currently going through the same process I emailed the executive team at Verizon because this makes no sense maybe its tied to that hack they all experienced some time back did you get a solution?
