Good morning,
I’ve been with Verizon for just a few weeks now and I went through a terrible time getting me and my girlfriend’s phone. Anyhow we finally got our phones and didn’t have to contact Verizon’s awful Custer service anymore . So, the other day we went it to add another phone for our daughter to the account. We were asked for verification, so I submitted the verification and then call the fraud department as directed to get the order off hold. Well the guy I was speaking to ask for me to give him a minute while he looks up the order. Next thing I know the phone hangs up and my and my girl both are unable to make calls from our existing lines !!! Go online to see that the representative suspended our lines no warning no explanation or nothing. I called back multiple times were I was told they couldn’t help and they couldn’t tell me why ! Even went to the store and just keep being directed to call the fraud department who is very rude and nasty btw !!!!!! We are in an agreement for 2 phone that we just can’t use ? Help !
