Amazing customer service!

Question

We have to give a HUGE shoutout to RAISA at the Verizon Wireless store in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She was very very kind, extremely helpful, and extra speedy - all wonderful qualities during customer support!

We also needed to call customer service online. BEAU and ADDIE were some of the kindest phone reps I have ever dealt with. I think Beau and I could've chatted for an hour! Haha. This was on 8/7/24.

RAISA, BEAU, and ADDIE are the best!!!
