Has anybody been able to redeem Amazon Fire TV 65" Omni Series 4K offer for new Verizon mobile customer who purchased a select 5G smartphone on Unlimited Ultimate or Unlimited Plus.

I bought a phone on December 23 and received it on December 26. I was also told that to get the TV offer, I would forfeit the promotion, which is completely false advertising. I am considering filing a complaint with the FCC for false advertising. I have screenshots and screen recordings of when I placed the order, which clearly state the promotion and its fine print

Were you able to ever redeem the offer? I’m having issues redeeming it and it seems like customer support cannot give me an exact reason to why I cannot. I just get told to wait and it should appear in a few days, which it never does.

I am having the same problem it's been 30 days now and the tile has disappeared from the app it was there until 3 days before the 24th and it said redeem on the 24th now it's just gone and iv received no emails
Me as well I’m currently on the phone with Verizon loyalty and they are also confused why I had to wait 30 days , they said it should have been right away or right after setting up the Verizon app , and nobody in the store is aware of anything

I have my redeem code, and when I put it in on the Amazon site it goes through but then Amazon is still trying to charge me $593 for the tv when it’s supposed to be free, should I cancel and start over ?Because I shouldn’t be getting charged for it.
Luckily I moved my money into my savings or Amazon would’ve ended up trying to get over as usual.

Mine was supposed to be able to be redeemed on the 27th but the tile disappeared. I received an email that says that it’s available and click the redeem now and it just takes me back to the my Verizon app with no tile.

Gotcha, so the first thing in these situations I always recommend signing out of My Verizon. Clear your cache and cookies in your browser. Once that's done, do a fresh sign-in. Make sure you're signing in as an Account Owner or Manager as well. If you're still having issues with seeing the redemention tile under Make the Most of Your Plans, I also suggest trying to open the link via private browser or incongito window. Please give those a try, and let us know if you need some further assistance.

For those of you looking for updates! Beware! I received a code in the email and when I went to use it it shows redeemed. After submitting a new support request I was told that because it shows redeemed I cannot get a new code even though I had all screenshots of not having placed an order and the errors it produced when trying. Then the support agent just stopped responding. Great customer service there and a great way to lose customers as I bought 2 new iPhones and can’t get this promotion!
I’m having the same issue, I have reached out a couple times too the first time the woman was very pleasant and help me set up the promotion and told me I would receive an email in 60 day with the code to order the tv. It’s been past 60 days and when I reached out the second time the agent didn’t even know what I was talking about and was on hold for over an hour and still have no information about it.
