The link to redeem the gift card is broken, and from what I can tell a ton of other people are having this issue. Customer service has not been helpful on this topic at all to this point.
I was having the issue as well using the Edge browser. While waiting for yet another support chat, I thought to try using Chrome and it worked.
Try different browsers and one may stick
