Attempting to cancel a port request.

Hello, I made a port request to transfer my old number from Xfinity mobile to Verizon after I ordered the Unlimited Plus subscription. However, Xfinity isn't supplying the Numbers PIN and I'd like to cancel or modify my order since it hasn't been shipped yet if possible. Thank you.

If it is only that your current carrier is refusing to provide you a transfer PIN and you otherwise wish to port out, file a complaint with the FCC, because in most cases, a carrier cannot simply refuse to allow you to port out; there need to be extenuating circumstances.

If you've changed your mind on porting, then I'd try to access the order and see if you can cancel it.  Otherwise, if it's shipped, you'd have to potentially pay a restocking fee to return the phone.
