Being asked to change password constantly

I've gotten 2 requests within the past 24 hours from Verizon saying my password has been disabled because there is something funny going on with my account?  Changed the password this morning, then a few hours later, got another text from Verizon saying my password has been disabled again and had to change it again.

I've enabled SIM Lock, Number Lock, changed the password again, changed my account PIN, and changed my secret security question.  There is no way to turn on 2 factor authentication for a prepaid account as far as I can tell...all links on the website take me to the postpaid login site, which doesn't work for me.  What else can I do?  Was Verizon hacked?
