Bill does not show phone number for any incoming call

Verizon bill shows Unavailable for ALL incoming calls while the phone itself shows the incoming phone number.

Call or data logs missing from your My Verizon account is a sporadic issue which pops up every so often.  It'll eventually get fixed, but that's most likely why your detailed bill isn't displaying all the information.

Thanks S-Addict,

I checked a bit deeper and it appears that some incoming calls show and some don't. Further analysis shows that all incoming call which origination (as shown on their bill-spreadsheets) is not in the US (I was travelling in Canada) will not show the incoming number.

 

Any idea why?

 

And more important, is this any easy fix on Verizon side

You're welcome and sorry for the delay in responding.  I'm usually here every day, but other things going on in life have made it difficult for me to check into the forums on certain days now.  If only incoming calls while you were abroad are not showing in your call logs, that's probably because your phone was using a foreign network and therefore Verizon doesn't know all the details of the activity.  If you've seen call log details for calls elsewhere while traveling in other countries, those other carriers are sharing more data with Verizon than the Canadian carrier.
