So I was on tmo for 12 years. I switched to Verizon in 2022. I really liked the service in the beginning BUT my bill started creeping up last year. Customer service is a total joke. I have spent HOURS on the phone to sort it out and have it go up more the next month. Despite my best efforts it was to no avail and a waste of 16+\- hours. If you are fortunate enough to get a good customer rep such as ( Brittany M. ) you can get something done. I have since gone back to Tmo. And donโt know if I will ever switch back. The offshore outsourced customer service, the unexplainable bill increases and the overall lack of customer care is unacceptable for a company that admits to being more expensive to provide superior service. I definitely didnโt get what I paid for and am overall disappointed that I had to switch back to Tmo to afford my bill ๐ Yes Tmo outsources also but Im not paying nearly as much for the same amount of linesโฆ.
Ps Iโm not bashing the service reps but speaking English and also understanding situations and context of it are very different.
