So I was on tmo for 12 years. I switched to Verizon in 2022. I really liked the service in the beginning BUT my bill started creeping up last year. Customer service is a total joke. I have spent HOURS on the phone to sort it out and have it go up more the next month. Despite my best efforts it was to no avail and a waste of 16+\- hours. If you are fortunate enough to get a good customer rep such as ( Brittany M. ) you can get something done. I have since gone back to Tmo. And donโ€™t know if I will ever switch back. The offshore outsourced customer service, the unexplainable bill increases and the overall lack of customer care is unacceptable for a company that admits to being more expensive to provide superior service. I definitely didnโ€™t get what I paid for and am overall disappointed that I had to switch  back to Tmo to afford my bill ๐Ÿ˜ž  Yes Tmo outsources also but Im not paying nearly as much for the same amount of linesโ€ฆ.

Ps Iโ€™m not bashing the service reps but speaking English and also understanding situations and context of it are very different.
