Black Friday Gift Cards Never Delivered - I Feel Totally Duped

This was a case of shady business practices of the worst kind.

I signed up for Fios Triple Play during the Black Friday Special in 2022.  As part of my written offer, I was supposed to receive a $150 Verizon Gift Card which could be applied to my bill, a $200 Door Dash/Grubhub gift card, plus a $10 a month exclusive (employee) discount. 

After spending more than eight hours on the phone (no exaggeration) talking to at least six representatives (I can provide names if necessary), I was told I had to wait two months to receive my gift cards/promotions.  I feel totally baited and switched, because I signed up for Fios Triple Play, which the Verizon tech advised me was not on his order list when he came out to my house for the installation (actually two separate techs told me this).  Customer service could not explain the discrepancy because the order showed up as Triple Play on their end. To make matters worse, the tech intentionally cut off my Xfinity/Comcast line, causing me to lose Internet, TV and landline service for a whole week (the line was physically cut), which I feel was a deliberate attempt to keep me from staying with Comcast.  The so-called order mix up caused Verizon to supposedly need to rebuild the order from scratch, which at that point was no longer eligible for the $150 Verizon Gift Card because the Black Friday Promotion had expired due to the amount of time it took for Verizon to rebuild the order.  In addition, Verizon messed up the porting of my landline telephone number, which I ended up losing.

Notwithstanding the drama above, all of the promotions (including the $150 Verizon Gift Card, $200 Door Dash/Grubhub Gift Card and exclusive $10 promotion) were allegedly noted on my account, so every representative I spoke with assured me I would be receiving the gift cards in the mail and that every promotion would be applied. 

At this point, it has been almost four months and I have received nothing. I feel like this was a total sham to get my business and I plan to leave Verizon (taking my cell service with me) unless this is resolved immediately. This type of business practice is completely unacceptable, not to mention unlawful, and will be reported to the FCC unless resolved immediately.  I have well-documented proof of all of the above.

Please have someone apply my promotions/contact me right away to provide the $150 Verizon Gift Card, $200 Door Dash/Grubhub Gift Card by the end of this week or I will be required to take action.  I do not have eight more hours to spend on the phone to deal with this, as it could cost me my job.
