We recently signed up for a WIFI Business Account. We are not able to access the account via the website. We have called customer service over FOUR times and each time we were on the call for over an hour and half. We are still unable to access our WFI business account on the internet. We have reset the password numerous times while on the call with customer service. We have changed the userid per the agent's suggestion, and still we are unable to access the account. This is the worst customer service to be on a call for over and hour and still no resolution. We left Hawaiian Telcom Internet thinking service would be better with Verizon but unfortunately that is not true. We have several accounts with Verizon and we may have to change to another provider. Does anyone know how to have a manager contact me? I am tired of going through the explanation over and over. Disgusted.
