Call filter plus stuck in checking account status

My call filter app is stuck in checking account status. I have call filter plusvon my account.  I have disabled it and re- enabled it, checked all permissions on on and restarted my phone but nothing is working.  I tried to connect via chat but was on hold for an agent to connect for about 30+ minutes so I eventually left the chat.

Hi, the Verizon Call Filter team can be directly reached by their support email address  Callfilter@verizonwireless.com. This information is found on the Play Store 'App support' section. They would be the best avenue to get support.

Is this a new phone you're trying to set up the Call Filter Plus app on, or is it the app has suddenly quit working?  If it's a new phone which is not a Verizon variant phone, then no Verizon apps except My Verizon will work on it.

Not a new phone. The app just quit working one day.

Mines is doing the same thing was there a resolve? Verizon doesn't seem to know anything and the trouble shooting has been horrid

Sounds frustrating! Sometimes apps like Call Filter Plus can hang during account verification. Double-check your network connection, clear the app cache, and if that doesn’t help, reaching out to support again or reinstalling might be the best next step.
