Twelve years ago, I was informed from a doctor's office that they were receiving a message saying my phone is not in service when they tried to call me, with important info. Over the last decade +, I have heard from other doctor's offices and businesses that they are hearing that recording. I have brought it up in person when I buy new phones. I have spent many hours on with Verizon tech support and have even been left with my phone shut off for hours while they troubleshoot. Here we are 12-13 years later and it is still an issue. I am missing important calls. Has anyone had this issue and more importantly, had it resolved? I have seen other posts with Verizon customers with the same issue. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
